Hidden among the leaves, he waits for his target...


Another of my fav creatures from the Heroes 5 game. This time it's from the Sylvan town. The master hunter is pretty sweet, and I love their war paint, though I gave this guy a design different from what the game has because I like to mix it up some.

I really love this piece, and I've spent a LONG time on it, probably the most time I've ever spent on a computer piece.

but it shows! The shading is spectacular, especially in parts that people don't pay much attention to... like... that bit between the nose and mouth, and ... the forehead!

That game is the bomb! Definitely beats Heroes IV, though Heroes III comes pretty close! Ya, the Slyvan race is my favorite. The only other that comes even close is the Dungeon. My favorite in the Sylvan are the Pixies/Sprites. Anyway, GREAT JOB! This piece looks perfect. I agree, the master hunters are pretty sweet. Though I think his ear could be a little higher, but who am I to crit being as I couldn't do artwork like this! Great pic.

^.^ Love this game as well. My fav is Dungeon with Sylvan as a close second. My fav creatures are the Blood witches, though they always end up getting killed ;_;. Thanks so much for your crit and taking the time to comment. Love to hear from fellow fans!
